In a fact God has given all beauty for Karacabey.Yenikoy-Bogaz. It's a small beach town/village.  It is very beautiful and has lovely nature with a wonderful sea and beach.  The silence is so peaceful and it is not crowded so it is a good place for people to come and relax. 

A little bit off the Black Sea and Marmara.You know sometimes calm and sometimes combative.Like a big love story.

                                                                  

But still are a passion YENIKOY-BOGAZ

If you need serenity. You have to come Turkey and have to come Karacabey finally have to come Yenikoy-Bogaz

Hello my dear reader,

You know anymore  i am a  KARACABEY lover. Really my town has got a lot of water source.

Especially  Uluabat lake , Black stream, Canbolu stream ,Kocaçay stream freshwater source for my town.

So SPORTING FISHING IS A GOOD LIFE FOR US.

I hope you like this outdoor sports.

Which fish catch in the Karacabey freshwater.You can catch carp, catfish, pike, chub finally feki style fish.

What feki ? My dear we say Feki that picture fish and we like its flavor.

There are many interesting life in the Uluabat Lake. Golyazi village's life one of them.Because There are many fischer Lady in this village. Every morning get up five o'clock after they put on her boots and cath the fish.

HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE CANNED ?

Hello ,
My dear reader,

You know , i live in a small town and its name KARACABEY
Our town is daily bread agricultural products especially,
On our grounds grown tomato,pepper,eggplant,leek,cauliflower,onion, fresh onion ,cappia pepper, corn , some fruits


We have a lot of vegetables or fruits gardens so  our ladies do canned and compote with products.

How can do they  homemade canned  ?


 They love us so try to love. Thank you to them really

            Firstly ;
            All the vegetables wash with mucth water ,
            exstracted from the stalks and scissile with knife then parboil
            finally hot placed in jars.
           Thats a good meal really.
Especially we dont buy tomato,pepper,eggplant,greanbeen in the winter season.Because our ladies really hardworking and they make with love their canned products.
