KARACABEY'E BUNGALOW OTEL YAKISMAZ MI

Gerçekten resmi görünce iyi bir tatil yapasım geldi.Resim Güney Afrika Cumhuriyetinde bulunan bir Bungalow otele ait sanırım beğenilmeyecek gibi de değil bir baksanıza şu güzelliğe 

Hatta dayanamadım bir kaç fotoğrafını daha ekledim 

 

Sevgili Dostlar zamanı gelmedi mi hala. Ne zaman tesisleşeceğiz , Ne zaman bir yerlere gitmek yerine kendi sahillerimizde yada mis gibi kokan ıhlamur ormanlarımızda uydurma değil gerçek tesislerde misafirlerimizi ağırlayacağız.

Yüce Rabbim bize resmen bahşetmiş .DENİZ, ORMAN ve en güzeli Türkiye de ve hatta dünya da sayılı bir LONGOZ ORMANI 'na sahibiz.

Düne kadar Alper TÜYDEŞ ilçemizde bir farkındalık oluşturmasa idi bir çok Karacabey'li bunun bile farkında değil o bölgede doğal bir hayatın olduğunu  bilmiyordu. Öncelikle kendisine değerli çalışmalarından dolayı teşekkürü bir borç bilirim.

Ben çok iyi biliyorum ki bir çok kuş gözlemcisi bu bölgeye gelip gözlem yapmakta ve fotoğraf çekmektedir.

Hatta bölge yurtdışından da tek tük misafirlerini sessizce ağırlamaktadır.

Fakat sessizliğe ses verme zamanı çoktan geldi de geçiyor bence. Longoz a yakın bir bölge de kurulacak bir BUNGALOW OTEL hem Karacabey'in hem Boğaz'ın hem de LONGOZ 'un çehresini değiştirir kanısındayım.

Şimdi şöyle bir arkanıza yaslanın ve gözlerinizi kapatın.

ve bir BUNGALOW OTEL in Longoz'a yakın bir bölge de (Doğal Hayatı engellemeyecek) olduğunu düşünün lütfen.

Yurtdışından ve yurtiçinden kuş gözlemcileri ellerinde fotoğraf makineleri ile sabah turuna çıkmışlar.Yüzmek isteyen misafirlerimiz deniz keyfi  için kahvaltı sonrası hazırlık yapmaktalar. Trakking grubu ise çok erken kalkmış ve ıhlamur ormanları içinde oluşturulmuş özel parkuru bitirmenin verdiği keyif ile gayet mutlular.

Çalışanlar ise hepsi bizim çocuklarımız .Ana dilleri gibi ingilizce konuşmakta ve misafirlerine en güzel şekilde hizmet verebilmek için var güçleri ile koşuşturmaktalar.

İnanmakta zorluk çekebilirsiniz fakat bu fotoğraflarını eklediğim Güney  Afrikada'ki Bungalow için bir yıl öncesinden rezervasyon yaptırmak zorundasınız.

ÇOCUKLARIMIZ HERŞEYİMİZ DİYORUZ ....

Onlar canlarımız kanlarımız her şeyimiz diyoruz peki ya gerçekten hak ettikleri ilgiyi çocuklarımıza gösterebiliyor muyuz acaba ya da fazla ilgiden pamuklara sarıp gerçek hayatta onları korunmasız mı bırakıyoruz ne dersiniz.

Gözlemlemeye çalıştığım kadarı ile ilçemizde yapılan en büyük yanlışların başında aşırı korumacılık gelmekte .İkinci sırada da ilgisizlik geliyor anladığım kadarı ile.

Hele çocuk okul dönemine geldi ise sanki öğretmenler ,dershaneler çocuğu eğitecekmiş gibi algılıyoruz sanırım.İşin maddesel tarafını çözmek yetecekmiş gibi algılıyoruz belki de işimize öyle geliyor tam kestiremiyorum fakat günümüzün çocuklarının en büyük sıkıntısı bana göre SEVGİ siz ANNE BABALAR

Sizlerden rica ediyorum lütfen çocuklarınızın karnını sevgi ile de doyurun sadece fiziksel gereksinimlerini karşılamak inanın yetmiyor.Sevgi ile yön verin onlara sanki bir resim yapar gibi ya da bir heykeltraş misali sevgi ile eksiklerini giderin. Giderin ki ilerde 17-18 yaşına geldiklerinde karanlıklar da ilerlemek zorunda kalmasınlar.Tacirlerin kan emicilerin ellerine düşmesinler.Hayatları hep ışık dolu olsun çevrelerine de ışık vermeyi bilsinler.

Gerçekten size bu konuda yalvarıyorum.Özellikle babalar ne kadar yorgun da evinize gelseniz çocuğunuzu dinleyin ,onunla oynayın ,hayatı paylaşın ona yaşına uygun sorumluluklar verin.Kısacası ondan kopmayın ki oda vakti geldiğine sizden kopamasın

CHIaPAS COFFEE MUSEUM

                                                                     

Chiapas, one of Mexico’s states, is located in Mexico’s southeast region 

Chiapas is neighbored by Oaxaca and Veracruz in the west, Tabasco in the north, the Pacific Ocean in the south, Guatemala on the east and southeast.

Chiapas has many different touristic sites which range from beautiful colonial cities to magnificent archeological sites from ancient cultures like Zoque, Mayan and Olmec cultures, Chiapas is also home to wonderful beaches, waterfalls, and lakes.

There are 123 municipalities within the state, Tuxtla Gutiérrez is the capital city.  Name of the city comes from Zoque culture. It was originally called “Coyatok” which means Rabbit’s house.

Tuxtla Gutierrez, is a developing city and prepared to receive visitors from all over the world, it’s a modern city as well as a traditional city with its own rituals, legends and architecture.  The city has many touristic attractions like ;

·         Regional Museum

·         Miguel Alvarez del Toro Zoo

·         Paleontology Museum

·         Botanic garden

·         City’s theatre

The building of coffee’s museum now was a house in 1923, but building owner donated his house to the state government to be the regional museum in 1934. The building became the Coffee Museum in 2009. The main purpose of the museum was to renounce the importance of coffee culture within the state of Chiapas and also to stimulate the consumption of coffee from Chiapas. The Coffee Museum is an instrument of promotion, training and outreach regarding the socio-economic importance and consumption of coffee in Chiapas.

The coffee museum is located in the center of the city, at the second street east, between Central Avenue and first street north.

The museum has different rooms such as:

history room

 • History room; here visitors can learn the mythical and historical legend of how coffee was discovered and how this aromatic grain spread around the world from land of Chiapas.

Biology Room

• *biology room and coffee cultivation; in this room visitors will be able to observe the biological structure of the plant, the grain and how production is handled from its organic form in Mexico and in Chiapas.

Processing room

 Room of industrial processing and marketing of coffee; here is the whole process of transformation that transforms this grain. Visitors can see the both industrial and artisanal machines that are used to transform the cherry in the process to the roast and ground coffee.

Tasting Lab

• Tasting lab and Barismo; we have qualified staff to train providers of professional services in the cupping and the preparation of coffee.

 •  Boutique coffee; coffee and culture goes hand in hand, so there is a special area for cultural events in the open air, such as the presentation of books, conferences, press conferences, and/or pictorial realization of exhibitions.

The services available to the museum are the following:

·         Sightseeing Tours is a tour accompanied by a guide, where the visitors may engage in an environment permeated with aroma of coffee through the different rooms. During the trip, visitors will be able see various machines and tools that illustrate the process of wet, dry and coffee roasting.  Upon entering the tasting lab and barismo, the visitors are welcomed and served a cup of delicious coffee and surrender themselves to intruding flavor of splendor. The property is registered within the National Catalog of immovable monuments of the State of Chiapas by the National Institute of Anthropology and History.

Heading into Western Anatolia

After Uludağ, I headed west towards Bandermir and the coast of the Marmara Sea. I was using Green and Moorhouse’s book, ‘A Birdwatchers’ Guide to Turkey’ to decide on the best sites to visit across the enormous expanse of this country. Based on the site description for the next birding location on my agenda, Kocaçay Delta, I was not expecting to find much other than low scrubland. However, what was described as coastal scrub in the book turned out to be magnificent coastal woodland, being so dense in places that it could also be referred to as forest. I had barely begun to digest the potential of the birdlife there, when a local pulled up beside me in a 4x4 vehicle. I soon guessed he must be a photographer, judging by the stickers on the door. Alper had summed me up too, so was keen to meet up with me later to chat about birds and photography. I was in luck, what could be better than hanging out with a local who has the same interests and knows the area?

It was late afternoon already and Alper has some chores to attend to, but returned later that evening to my camp site as promised, with juice and a watermelon. I was experiencing real Turkish hospitality, something that the Turks are well known for. Later that night, the call of a Tawny Owl echoed through the woodland not far from my camp. Next morning I went for a cycle along some of the tracks through the woodland towards the delta’s lake. Though the woodland birds were more quite now than in spring, the birding was still very good. Middle Spotted, Lesser Spotted and Green Woodpeckers were often seen pecking their way along the branches of taller trees, while Eurasian Golden Orioles called from dense canopies. Red-backed and Masked Shrikes were also common, the latter being a highlight as I had only seen it once before in Greece. Cirl Buntings were seen in the more open scrub towards the beach, where I also found a Sardinian Warbler, much to my surprise.

Though the lake looked fairly quite at first glance, patience revealed flocks of Glossy Ibis and Great Cormorant flying by and Little and Great Crested Grebes on the open waters. The muddy shoreline was patrolled by Common Greenshank, Wood and Green Sandpiper. This is where I also found my first Water Rail; I recognised the call and waited while peering across a small patch of mudflat between the reeds. The bird came into view, saw me, and ducked back out of sight, giving me just enough time to get a reasonable view.  Back in the woodland, I found another first which had eluded me for long – Common Kingfisher. What makes the woodland even more special is that much of it is also flooded, providing lily-covered ponds for a myriad of water-loving birds. I soon learnt that the kingfishers were common here, and had numerous sightings over the couple days that I spent there. Pygmy Cormorant made full use of the ponds, as there were always a few birds present at each, perched on dead branches over the water.

After work, Alper came round to pick me up for a late afternoon session of bird photography. We headed for the river mouth where I was hoping to find another bird on my hit list. As Alper had promised, a Ruddy Shelduck was at the mouth, standing on a sand spit. It was not long before a flock of shelduck flew in to join the bird. Another memorable sighting, and in the company of a new friend. We savoured the scene before us as more species revealed themselves, such as Whiskered and Sandwich Tern, Black-headed Gull and a few Common Redshank.

That evening Alper returned again to my camp site, and brought along more Turkish treats. I was really being spoilt! Joined by one of his friends, we took to the tracks through the woodland for a night drive in search of Wild Boar, which seemed to be one of Alpers favourite activities. Numerous Black-crowned Night-herons were seen hunting by the ponds, while a European Nightjar perched on a wire beside the road was a pleasant surprised. My first Wild Boar sighting was that of a sow with three piglets crossing an open area, what a moment it was; a mammal lifer! This sighting was soon followed by three young boars, which also caused quite a stir in the vehicle. Alper clearly never tires of seeing these animals and took every opportunity to get a photograph. On our return to my camp we had two hedgehog sightings, just to round off the evening I suppose! It was a long but exhilarating night, and one that will be remembered. I am grateful to Alper for hosting me with such much enthusiasm and energy; it was a real privilege to get to know him.

The next morning it was time to move on, but not after an extended session of birding in the woodland. Some interesting species included Hawfinch, Eurasian Hoopoe, Long-tailed Tit and a possible female Semi-collared Flycatcher. I had agreed to meet Alper at his work place in nearby Karacabey for a final goodbye, so popped by his office for a visit. Seeing Alper in a smart shirt was quite different from the Alper I had got to know over the past two days – I knew where he got his kicks from! After saying farewell, I took the opportunity to meet up with another Alper, a part-time bee-keeper, in Karacabey. I had actually met Alper the bee-keeper before I met Alper the phoptograher, and after exchanging numbers, agreed to meet up with him again. Alper kindly took me out for lunch, gave me a jar of his finest honey and pollen (a completely new eating sensation for me), and even arranged a place for me to spend the night, where I again experienced amazing Turkish hospitality

İlçemiz açısından bakıldığında da yakın zamanda bir seçim maratonu bir seçim yarışı görünmektedir.
Peki yarışanlar ne amaçlamaktadır ve arzularına ulaşmak için hangi yolu denemelidirler sizce ;
Sesinizi duyar gibiyim tabii ki insanlarla birlikte projeler , yeni fikirler yarışmalı ki Karacabey'imiz kazansın ve marka şehirler yolculuğuna başlayabilsin değil mi.
Amacım siyaset yapmak değil fakat siyasetin ilçemizde yapılış biçiminden duyduğum üzüntü sebebi ile yazmak zorunda hissetim..Ve 79.000 kişinin de bunu hak etmediği kanaatindeyim açıkçası.
Nasıl mı sosyal medya gerçekten çok etkili bir mecra bununla birlikte sosyal medya belden aşağı laf söyleyebileceğiniz bir alan değil ve olmamalı.
Kendiniz için ve ilçemiz için çok iddialı bir de hedefiniz var ise lütfen fikirlerinizi ideallerinizi yarıştırın.Ve beyninizi ilçemizin hayal ettiğiniz vizyonunu daha şimdiden nasıl gerçekleştirebileceğinize ve bunlar için nelerin gerektiğine yorun.
Şahsım adına siyasetin ilçemizde gelişmesi ve daha sağlıklı olması için bu cümleleri yazmaya çalışıyorum.Yoksa kimse ile herhangi bir alıp veremediğim yok olması da düşünülemez.Çünkü ben siyasetçi değilim .

Ben bilmem kaç yılının belediye başkan adayı değilim fakat hayal ettiğim Karacabey i anlatabiliyorum.Sizde anlatın ki sizin Karacabey hayalinizi beğenir isek peşinizden gelelim sizi de baştacı edelim.

ama çok rica ediyorum lütfen bu şekilde anlatmayın çünkü artık insanlar fikirleri tartışıyor, hayalleri tartışıyor.

Bunların birincisi kendiniz ciddi bir kurulum maliyetine katlanarak bir site yaptırır akabinde de bunu yönetebilirsiniz.Araştırmalarıma göre min.3500 tl civarında bir kurulum maliyeti mevcut, yanısıra bankalardan da sanal pos alınması güvenlik sebebi ile uzun bir uğraş gerektirmekte.
İkincisi de pazaryeri diye tabir edebileceğim siteler üzerinden belli bir komisyon ve aylık kira ödemek koşulu ile kendi dükkanınızı sanal dünyada oluşturabilirsiniz.
